(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources recruitment and management software. – The proposed system must include a robust applicant tracking and recruitment module with the ability to: • Post vacancies directly to national job placement platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, SchoolSpring) • Automatically distribute postings to social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X) • Provide customizable job requisition workflows • Allow applicants to submit materials electronically • Support automated screening, scoring, and applicant communication – The system must provide comprehensive personnel management capabilities, including: • Fully digital employee files (paperless recordkeeping) • Secure document upload, storage, retention, and retrieval • Integration with WinCap for HR, payroll, and benefits data • Position control and employee roster management • Tracking of certifications, licenses, and mandatory trainings – Vendors must provide: • Standard and customizable HR reports • Dashboards for key performance metrics • Compliance reporting • Integration with existing District data systems (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 18, 2025.
