(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources management system. • Services:– Web and mobile access.– Employee self–service functionality.– Set up for Automatic Clearing House (ACH).– Applicant tracking from submission through hire.– Career page integration with the company website– Job posting distribution to multiple job boards.– Goal setting and tracking aligned to organizational competencies.– Learning Management System (LMS) with e–learning modules, assignments, and testing.– Enrollment and eligibility management for health, dental, vision, and ancillary plans.– Life event tracking (marriage, birth, etc.).– Provides COBRA notifications, enrollment, and compliance processing.– Vendor must provide detailed technical specifications for hardware, software, and connectivity.– Data storage options: either locally (SQL server back–end) or vendor–hosted.– Files federal and/or state–required reports (new hire reporting, etc.)– Pulse surveys, annual engagement surveys, and ad hoc surveys.– Dedicated account support specialist.– Salary structures and pay band management.– Merit and COLA adjustment workflows.– Compensation history tracking.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 7, 2026.
