(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources information system. – An integrated human resource information system (HRIS) and human capital management system (HCM), encompassing payroll, benefits management, performance, and recruitment.– To consolidate our existing HR & Payroll systems instead of having multiple standalone software solutions where information does not flow effectively with each other.– The overall project objectives are to transform the existing manual processes associated with recruiting, HR and payroll into an end–to–end streamlined solution for the entire lifecycle.– Provide core HR and Payroll functionality for an integrated and unified source of truth for organizational data and functionality.– Robust recruitment and candidate management along with onboarding.– Enable self–service, real–time dashboards and analytics that convert HR data into actionable insights.– Provide comprehensive API capabilities to facilitate integration with existing in–house applications.– Provide modern cloud–based architecture with robust security measures that comply with municipal data protection standards.– Reduce technical and maintenance costs associated with legacy system.– Support both standard and custom reporting with user–friendly tools.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 09, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
