The province of British Columbia is seeking proposals for a cloud-based Human Resources Information System (HRIS) delivered as a SaaS platform. The goal is to centralize and streamline HR operations across the agency by replacing multiple standalone tools with a unified hybrid ERP–HRIS solution. This modern platform will support enhanced operational efficiency, improved data integrity, and superior user experience for both employees and administrators.
The system is expected to manage the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing personal information, recruitment, probation, training, certifications, performance management, leave tracking, and offboarding through to retirement. Key functionalities required include recruitment, employee and performance management, an employee self-service portal, organization and position management, training and competency management, reporting and analytics, time and attendance, and support for labour relations. The anticipated contract term is for one year.
