Prince Edward Island is seeking a qualified vendor to develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy for the university's Human Resources Department. The primary aim is to improve awareness and understanding of HR programs and services among university employees by delivering timely, consistent, and engaging messaging through multiple channels.

Key responsibilities include conducting a needs assessment to identify gaps in current HR communications, developing strategic messaging tailored to various target audiences, and proposing effective content types, channels, and tactics. The selected vendor will enhance the department’s on-campus visibility by recommending a cohesive visual identity, digital tools, and communication products. Additionally, the vendor will be expected to create a departmental content plan and calendar, ensuring multi-channel dissemination through digital platforms, print materials, and in-person events.

As part of the project, a thorough review of the department’s website, SharePoint content, and other written materials will be conducted, with recommendations for improvement. The contract for these services will span two years.
