(1) Vendor needs to provide human resources communications and comprehensive communication strategy project services.– Develop a comprehensive communication strategy.– Create a strategy for content to improve awareness and understanding of the department’s various programs and services among university employees through timely, consistent, and engaging messaging across multiple channels.– Enhance the Department’s on–campus visibility through a consistent look and feel.– Develop a strategic communication plan that aligns for the Human Resources Department.– Conduct a needs assessment to identify current gaps in communication and reaching employees.– Identify key messages, target audiences, content types and communication channels to promote key programs, policies, services offered by Human Resources (HR) milestones.– Create a strategy for content (mode and medium) and proposing content types, channels, tactics by audience.– Propose visual elements, digital tools and communications products to increase the visibility of Human Resources on campus– Create a departmental content plan and calendar to ensure that communication is disseminated through multiple channels, including digital platforms (website, social media, email), print materials, and in–person events.– Review and make recommendations on how to improve website, SharePoint content and other written copy about HR’s programs, policies and services.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
