The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide a standalone Human Resource Information System (HRIS) or Human Capital Management (HCM) solution. This system must integrate seamlessly with existing platforms such as Accounting, ERP, and Time and Attendance systems, while upholding strict standards for data security, privacy, and compliance with data protection regulations.
The solution should offer mobile-friendly access for employees, managers, and HR professionals, supporting a distributed and remote workforce. Key functionalities include end-to-end recruitment management (job postings, applicant tracking, resume parsing, candidate evaluation, and communications), comprehensive employee self-service portals, and tools for training and internal communication. Additionally, the HRIS must generate robust analytics, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators and inform strategic HR decisions.
The system will also be required to track employee attendance, manage work hours, overtime, leave requests, approvals, and balances, as well as handle payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and administration. This contract is planned for a one-year period.
