(1) Vendor needs to provide human resource information systems.– A standalone Human Resource information system or human capital management system solution.– Integrate with other systems such as Accounting, ERP, Time and Attendance, and ensure data security, privacy and compliance with data protection regulations.– Provide mobile–friendly access to HRIS functionalities for remote and on–the–go employees, managers, and HR professionals.– Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking, resume parsing, candidate evaluation, and communication with candidates.– Provide employees with self–service portals to update personal information, view pay stubs, apply for leaves, access training materials, and communicate.– Generate HR analytics, reports, dashboards, and insights to monitor key metrics, trends, and performance indicators. – Track employee attendance, work hours, overtime, leaves (vacation, sick leave, etc.) and manage leave requests, approvals and balances.– Generate payroll reports, pay slips, and manage benefits enrollment and administration.– Use data for decision–making, planning, and strategic HR initiatives. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 09, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
