DESCRIPTION
The issuing organization is seeking a vendor to provide HubSpot design, implementation, and ongoing support services for a platform used by multiple Port organizations. The platform supports a range of business processes, including External Relations and Aviation Commercial Management. The selected vendor will be expected to assess requirements and help structure the platform to meet operational needs.
Scope of work includes preparing design documentation that may cover the data model and the flow between HubSpot features, as well as designing and configuring custom HubSpot features, forms, and integrations. The vendor will also build and test new functionality, and configure, test, implement, train, and consult on automated workflows, deals, reports, and other ecommerce-related features.
In addition, the vendor will be responsible for user training and the creation of training documentation. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for August 4, 2026, and all questions must be submitted by August 6, 2026. The anticipated contract term is five years.
