(1) Vendor needs to provide HRIS, AMS and Implementation Platform.– Implementation and support partner for HRIS platform.– Services contract support, maintenance, enhancements and further strategic evolution of the HRIS platform, with the potential implementation of additional modules to be identified in our roadmap, including workforce software scheduling, re–evaluation of the time and attendance solution, integration with S4/HANA and integration SAP business data cloud, Qualtrics, success factors succession and development among others.– Creation and management of integrated project schedule.– Provide expert guidance in solution design based on configurable options with minimal customizations, including considerations for upcoming releases, and solution roadmaps.– Provide configuration and development services for HRIS platform initiatives.– Provide expert guidance in data migration strategy and archiving and migration.– Configuration and Integration development using SAP Cloud Platform Integration for inter HRIS module integration and third–party technical integrations.– Provide an overview on how you interact with SAP to manage requests that require coordination with SAP.– Advanced system administration tasks not provided by SAP support services.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 20,2025.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
