(1) Vendor needs to provide HR case management and employee relations software.– Implement an Employee Relations (ER) Case Management Platform to serve as the single, authoritative system of record for all sensitive HR and ER matters. This solution is critical to address an accelerating growth trend in case volume and must centralize and standardize our processes, ensuring procedural consistency, data integrity, and efficiency for our core team. – Platform must be highly configurable and scalable (integrating seamlessly with Oracle HRIS) to empower our team to accelerate issue resolution, maintain defensible documentation, and significantly mitigate litigation and compliance risk. – Investigation workflows and templates, real–time labor law alerts (preferred), and robust predictive analytics for early risk identification and proactive intervention.
