(1) Vendor needs to provide housing services management software. – Agency is seeking an integrated software solution to manage agency’s social housing and waitlist management processes. – The Team Software will work with the Leads and team to identify all the needs and review internal and operating processes to offer suggestions and supports during the implementation in regards of questions, validating data, training, and resolving issues until Go Live. • Functions Required: – Generate annual review notices within the system. – Upload supporting documentation i.e. NOA, custody, asset, to the annual review. – Batch print documents i.e. notice for annual reviews. – Detail client profile capturing name, address, email, phone number, alternate contact information, status, roommates etc. – Generate rent payable notices to Tenants from within the system after rent calculation is approved. – Manage Market Rent units. – Manage Social Housing units. • The Team Software will provide the following services: – Meeting Interview – Initial Import of Properties (Data) – System Overview and Process Discussion – User Group and Training Plan – Training Sessions – Migrate to Live – The Software Team will continue to resolve issues after going Live with the new Software. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 3, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
