DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Goshen, New York seeks a qualified vendor to manage and operate a Housing Resource Center, providing comprehensive support services to individuals in need of housing assistance across the agency. Responsibilities include outreach services to those referred from local mental health programs, hospitals, and the community, without discrimination based on consumer eligibility.
The selected provider will address consumer needs related to food, clothing, personal hygiene, transportation, and other critical services, and will be required to maintain timely and accurate consumer data entry into the local Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).
