(1) Vendor needs to provide housing rehabilitation and construction services to the government authority located in Santa Fe, NM.– Flooring upgrade or replacement to ensure the safety of the person, prevent falling, and improve mobility.– Roll–in showers, sink modifications, sink cut–outs, bathtub modifications, toilet modifications.– Turnaround space modifications, door widening.– Cabinet development or adjustments.– Ramps to provide access into and within the home.– Widening or enlargement of garage or carport to accommodate primary vehicle and to allow people using wheelchairs to enter and exit their vehicles safely.– Grab bars and handrails.– Doorbells, door scopes and adaptive wall switches.– Activities which address a health and safety issue in the home, such as adding insulation, repairing leaks, replacing furnaces, etc.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
