A government authority in Maynard, Massachusetts, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive housing production plan update services. The scope includes the review of existing plans, recent development proposals, internal memos, meeting minutes, and articles relevant to housing production within the town. The selected firm may be required to integrate components of a master or neighborhood plan.

Vendors will be responsible for creating a digital engagement strategy to raise awareness of the community's housing needs and highlight the benefits of a broader range of housing options. This strategy should encompass a variety of online materials such as infographics, digital flyers, short informational videos, social media and website content, and press releases promoting the planning process and related events.

Additionally, the firm will prepare a map for the town that allows for marking key locations relevant to housing. Engagement with stakeholders will occur through online Zoom focus groups: one with residents, social service providers, and volunteers involved in housing issues to provide objective insights into local housing needs, and another with developers, realtors, relevant board members, and volunteers involved in housing development.
