(1) Vendor needs to provide hotline advertising campaign, website hosting and maintenance service. – Develop, implement, and maintain a statewide advertising campaign targeting commercial drivers. – The campaign shall educate drivers on recognizing the signs of human trafficking, promote the Human Trafficking Hotline, and raise awareness of human trafficking concerns. – The Contractor will host a website landing page for the human trafficking awareness campaign and modify as needed or requested. – The Contractor will assume all responsibility for the website landing page’s hosting services, including: • Daily Backups of the website for data protection • SSL Certificate for secure communications • Website Support as needed • WordPress and Plugin Updates: Regular updates to maintain security and functionality. – Implement a media strategy for a statewide, ongoing campaign to increase awareness of human trafficking, educate drivers on recognizing potential indicators of human trafficking, and promote the use of the Hotline. – The Contractor will place media buys to promote the human trafficking awareness campaign. – Media buys will be made quarterly and may include, but are not limited to, billboards, gas pump videos, paid social media, connected TV, streaming Audio, and in–app video. – As needed, the Contractor will update all creative assets, including but not limited to, website, online ads, billboards, and printed materials. – The Contractor shall provide oversight of the campaign to monitor the performance of media plans, campaign needs, buy media placements, and communicate with any potential advertising opportunities that may occur. – Using Google Analytics for measuring campaign effectiveness. The Contractor will provide information about the progress of the media campaign. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 11, 2026.
