(1) Vendor needs to provide hosted VOIP services. – Provide Hosted VOIP system including all required hardware and software. • Services:– The proposed system shall provide the ability for users to perform paging through the speakers on the telephones.– The proposed system shall include the feature and ability for a user to dial a code and page through all phone speakers or a zoned subset of phones.– Proposed telephones must be compatible with Plantronics CS500 series wireless headsets and APP–51 electronic hook switches.– The minimum requirement for proposed desk telephones is Polycom VVX 250, 311, 350, 411, 450, or equivalent.– The minimum requirement for proposed conference telephones is Polycom Sound Point 6000.– Install and configure Hosted VOIP system.– Training shall be conducted over multiple days, at least one time at each location.– Live support must be available on a 24/7/365 basis. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 7, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
