(1) Vendor needs to provide hosted library event booking system to support the scheduling, management and promotion of library hosted events, programs, and room reservations for the public library.– The Library Event Booking System will enhance Library operations by providing reservation data in a complete, real time, accessible, and reportable manner allowing the County to maximize availability, usage, and cost effectiveness of resources.– The proposed solution must operate in a SaaS or web–based, vendor hosted environment. Offerors are expected to provide the full details of their hosted and/or hybrid solutions proposed.– Allow for branding control and multilingual UI that matches on website and supports translation– Allow customization of all text to match AP Style, county and library branding, including date formats and terminology.– Ensure the system is mobile–friendly for both staff and public users.– Be mobile friendly with SMS capabilities.– Support kiosk or QR code check–in with no–show automation.– Provide customers with a filterable event calendar with both calendar view and list view.– Include filters for event type, age groups, and locations.– Include a robust search function for events.(2) All question must be submitted no later than January 20, 2026.
