The current system leverages a SaaS platform provided by an Italian software company utilizing proprietary software known as GePe, configured for U.S. Navy payroll and e‑timekeeping services in multiple countries. The software is capable of handling Italy's complex payroll rules and can support legal requirements for all listed nations. Vendors must be able to offer solutions that integrate with existing systems and accommodate regulatory requirements across diverse jurisdictions.
