(1) Vendor needs to provide home rehabilitation services to the government authority located in Texas.– Remove all roof surfaces on house, including porches, overhangs, unless specified to the contrary.– Strip all existing layers of composition roof shingles, and remove all existing felt to expose decking. – Remove do not renail all existing roofing nails, staples and fasteners etc.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 18, 2025.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 22, 2025.
