DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Sanford, Florida is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive home reconstruction services for a single-family, client-owned residential property. The scope of work includes full demolition of the existing residence and all auxiliary structures, including flat concrete slabs, broken sidewalks, existing septic systems and drain fields, supporting concrete piers or remnants, fences, and any other related structures.

The selected contractor will be responsible for performing property surveys, preparing spot grades, and ensuring proposed and final site grading are completed. Attention must be given to the remediation of all safety hazards throughout the construction process. Site-specific conditions such as trees, fences, wells, and outbuildings must be addressed, and the project requires furnishing and correctly placing fill material for the house pad, inside forms or stem wall, lot grading, and potential mound septic systems.
