The town of Plymouth, MA is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive home performance services in support of a campaign promoting home energy assessments and weatherization efforts. The scope of work includes marketing support, customer intake and triage, as well as direct outreach and service delivery to encourage community participation in energy efficiency programs.

Services required encompass a variety of marketing and outreach strategies such as field marketing at public events, door-to-door canvassing, direct mail campaigns to residents, digital advertising on search engines and social media platforms, print and radio advertising, and public displays including banners or billboards. In addition, the selected vendor will establish and maintain a call center to manage inbound inquiries and conduct outbound calls to interested residents as identified through the campaign's outreach activities.
