The City is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive, turn-key holiday lighting services, including seasonal design, furnishing, installation, removal, maintenance, and storage of holiday lighting and decorations. The selected vendor must be capable of offering rental services for additional or replacement lighting, decorations, displays, and improvements to existing thoroughfares, with reliable and expedient response times to meet project deadlines and staff requests.

Responsibilities include providing an electrical service plan that reflects anticipated power usage for all lighting, displays, and related equipment, and ensuring prompt removal and disposal of any leaves, branches, wiring, or debris resulting from installation or maintenance. Vendors are expected to report power outages to Property Management immediately and replace non-functional lighting or displays within twenty-four hours of discovery or notification by City staff. All holiday lighting, decorations, and displays must be fully functional by 5:00 p.m. each day during the holiday season.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 13, 2026, and questions must be submitted by March 27, 2026.
