The agency is seeking a vendor to provide holiday decoration services, including both interior and exterior decor for its facilities. The project requires the installation of approximately 15 commercial-grade, decorated, and illuminated garlands, along with 19 spray wreaths with bows to be placed on 19 pillars. Additionally, a photo opportunity scene area must be set up for public engagement.

The scope includes installing around 35 twinkling starburst 24” lights, staggered using aircraft cable attached to palm trees, as well as 4 walk-through photo-op lawn displays in specific park locations. The selected vendor will also implement a system to play instrumental music throughout the area, install commercial-grade LED lighting along roof lines, walls, fences, railings, entryways, windows, and gates, and wrap at least 7 tree trunks and primary branches, as well as 7 pillars, with commercial-grade LED lighting. Further, the scope includes installing commercial-grade garland with red bows in designated areas and 4 illuminated commercial-grade wreaths.
