Vendor needs to provide historic preservation consultant architect services to the government authority located in New Jersey. • Review Condition Assessment report and update as needed. • Provide complete construction drawings and specifications for final design including, but not limited to, working drawings, specifications, cost estimate, prospective bidders’ list, approvals (State and federal), technical addenda and clarifications for all the following, as applicable: – Structural Design – Architectural Design – Civil Design – Energy Efficiency Design – Potential phasing – Maintenance plan schedule at monthly and yearly level • Attend meetings as scheduled to develop goals, explain options, and reach consensus on final plans. • Provide individual meeting minutes, as needed, for distribution to appropriate stakeholders. • Provide pre–qualification process for bidding and assist with creating contractor interest in bidding and performing construction work. • Provide on–site observation and supervision of construction, as necessary. • Monitor and update construction drawings. • Respond to contractor requests for clarifications. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 26, 2026.
