The Siskiyou County Health & Human Services Agency, Public Health Division, is soliciting proposals for HIPAA Managed Compliance Services. The selected contractor will provide advisory and support services to establish and maintain a documented, defensible HIPAA compliance program, including risk analysis, policy and documentation support, technical safeguards advisory, business associate and vendor management, workforce training, and incident preparedness. The contractor will not make hands-on changes to County systems or production environments. The contract term is estimated to begin on December 28, 2026.
