(1) Vendor needs to provide hillside restoration service to the government authority located in Broomfield, CO.– Activities associated with decommissioning and restoring approximately 870 linear feet of trail to the pre–disturbed natural state; grading, slope stabilization, erosion control, and native grass seeding; and the installation of fencing, a rock bench, and a crusher fines trail, together with all labor, materials, incidentals and miscellaneous items necessary to do the work. – Provide mobilization (not to exceed 10% of base bid total). – Perform construction surveying/staking. – Install vehicle tracking control. – Install construction fence and silt fence. – Perform clearing & grubbing (no tree removal or tree protection needed). – Demolition & removal of existing 3–rail fence and social trail (reuse 6“ of soil for earthwork). – Complete earthwork cut/fill, soil export, and topsoil import. – Transport and place retaining logs and salvaged logs provided by CCOB. – Install crusher fines trail (6“ thick). – Install 3–wire low–visibility and high–visibility fences. – Perform soil preparation, fine grading, and broadcast saturated native seed and prep. – Install erosion control blanket (Koirmat 700) and sediment control log. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 2, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
