The selected vendor will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive marketing rollout plan, particularly for sponsors partnering with the Tollway for the first time.

Key responsibilities include designating appropriate staff or engaging a broker to coordinate all aspects of actionable sponsorship activities. The vendor will also develop and implement a strategy for installing approved decals on HELP vehicles, supplying and delivering employee uniform patches, and managing the placement of roadway signage.

All marketing materials, including signage, decals, and patches, must be submitted for prior approval before production or installation. The vendor is also required to establish a process for the regular replacement of worn or outdated materials to ensure the ongoing quality and consistency of the program’s public image.
