Vendor needs to provide highway emergency lane patrol (HELP) sponsorship program services. – Provide a comprehensive marketing rollout plan, if the Sponsor is partnering with the Tollway for the first time,– Designate appropriate staff or a broker to manage the coordination of all actionable sponsorship items.– Develop a clear plan for the installation of approved decals on HELP trucks, as well as the supply and delivery of employee uniform patches and roadway signage.– All signage, decals, and patches must receive prior approval from the Tollway before production or installation,– Provide a plan for the periodic replacement of worn or outdated marketing materials to ensure consistent presentation and quality.
