(1) Vendor needs to provide heritage senior center courtyard renovation service to the government authority located in Irving, TX. – Provide, erect and maintain lights, barricades, warning signs and guards as necessary for the protection of streets, sidewalks and adjoining property. – Sweep sidewalks and remove excess dust and construction related debris to prevent its spread onto adjacent properties. – Remove concrete, brick and asphalt work located within the project areas. – Install new pavement, synthetic turf, a picnic shelter, a shade canopy, an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit, and lighting, together with all associated appurtenances to complete this project. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 10, 2025.
