(1) Vendor needs to provide SaaS software and associated administrative services– The Agency seeks to engage an authorized agency Partner to provide the renewal and continuation of BMC Helix ITSM SaaS software licensing, including associated maintenance and support services– The Contractor will act solely as the authorized reseller for the procurement of BMC Helix ITSM SaaS licenses. The Contractor’s responsibilities are limited to order–fulfilment and administrative functions, including: • processing license purchases and renewals • managing invoicing and related financial documentation • maintaining accurate license and order records • providing any required administrative reporting to the Province – Administrative Service Levels – The Contractor will meet the following minimum service levels for administrative responsibilities: Response Time: Acknowledge Province inquiries related to licensing or administrative matters within two (2) business days. Renewal Quotes: Provide renewal quotations within ten (10) business days of a request from the Province. Issue Resolution: Work with BMC to resolve administrative issues within ten (10) business days or escalate as required. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all license purchases, renewals, and associated documentation for the duration of the Agreement.
