(1) Vendor needs to provide helicopter maintenance tracking and forecasting software– Contractor must provide a Peer to Peer single person Analyst who will use current status reports, due lists, and other pertinent reports from the aircraft’s current maintenance tracking program to build agency aircraft in Contractor’s system.– Contractor will use this data to build the aircraft against Contractor’s master core template for the specific make and model. Specification: • Integrated revision process incorporating OEM manual revisions, Airworthiness Directives, and service bulletins. • Revision control and review capability through the user interface, allowing the end user to review and accept changes to the program including the addition of airworthiness directives and service bulletins. • Cloud based system hosted by a provider with a global presence (AWS, Azure). • Advanced maintenance tracking capabilities. • Creation of long term budget due reports that include estimated repeats of repetitive tasks within the projection. • Tracking estimated costs and labor hours per task. • Pre-loading of required materials, tools per task. • Tool tracking. • Kit creation and management. • Min & max material count capability. • Advanced notification setup capabilities per user. • Workorder creation and management. • Included publications attachments to select tasks. • Extraction of reports in various formats, primarily PDF and Excel. The excel must be a structured excel containing a single item per row. • Ability to create customized reports (content and format) through the user interface. • Checklist capability including tracking within. • Ability to track inventory, quantities, location, multiple facilities, and consumption.
