The government authority in Colorado seeks a vendor to provide Heart Gallery services. The chosen provider will act as a key member of the Department’s recruitment and retention team, responding to inquiries from potential adoptive parents nationwide and connecting them with local human services or child placement agencies to begin the foster or adoption process.

Duties include managing data, reporting, and evaluation related to adoption recruitment. The vendor will oversee logistics for photo shoots, generate lists of children and youth in need of photos and videos, and create and distribute invitations for group and individual photo/video sessions. Additional responsibilities entail recruiting, coordinating, and acknowledging volunteer photographers, raising public awareness, and educating communities about foster care and adoption. The vendor will also coordinate with the Department to engage in social media outreach. The contract period is for one year.
