The government authority in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is seeking a vendor to provide healthcare policy consulting services with particular emphasis on Medicaid and medical assistance. The selected consultant will collaborate closely with both internal and external city stakeholders to aid in the preparation and response to the implementation of Medicaid policies.

Responsibilities include providing expert guidance to assess the anticipated impact on city services, such as health centers and behavioral health managed care services, as well as estimating the resources required to enhance capacity and potentially establish additional supports for affected populations.
