A qualified vendor is sought to deliver comprehensive IT support for a web-based extract lab management system utilized across more than 450 medical treatment facilities worldwide. The scope of services includes ongoing system maintenance and support, implementing system enhancements, performing updates and upgrades, and providing onsite training sessions to users of the application.
The vendor will be responsible for supplying a licensed computer software specialty team to ensure the effective operation and continual improvement of the Extract Lab Management System.
