This RFP seeks a consultant to design and deliver a regional healthcare career awareness campaign in Pennsylvania. The campaign will run from March 2026 through June 2027 and focus on young and early-career audiences, with the aim of promoting healthcare career opportunities.

The selected consultant will be responsible for developing a comprehensive roadmap of project activities and creating assets and programming that appeal to target demographics. The project will require collaboration with student contributors, school district facilitators, and health network partners for content creation and editing. Content must be presented in accessible, plain language for a broad public audience and incorporate relevant data, statistics, interviews, and employer insights about regional healthcare opportunities.
