(1) Vendor needs to provide health treatment center improvements service to the government authority located in Napa, CA.– The project includes but is not limited to: Agency This is the conversion of a 72–bed staff secure re–entry building (currently used only for probation administration) to a Health and Human Services facility that includes a mental health resource center, sobering, detox, and other residential programs.• Three dormitories will receive minimal renovations to accommodate new bed configurations for residential housing– specifically modifying power, lighting and light switching at each bed. Two will be used for males and one for females.• One dormitory will be divided into male and female sides to be used for detox. A new restroom with showers will be added as well as a staff station. The sleeping areas will also be modified for power, lighting and light switching at each bed.• In the main building, an existing storage room, exam room, and toilet will be converted for male sobering. Doors will be added/modified and one shear wall will be reengineered because of the new door opening.• The existing single sleeping room in the main building will be repurposed for female sobering.• The existing administration area will be converted to a mental health resource center. Several offices will be converted to single and double bedrooms, a copy room will be opened up to provide living space, and toilets and showers will be modified. New furnishings and window coverings are part of the scope.• A new movable partition will be added to the existing large classroom and include structural and soffit additions. This includes structural modifications including new columns and beam.• A new exterior entry vestibule (fencing and delated egress hardware) have been added to the MHRC suite to create a new public entry.• A new fence and gates within the courtyard to separate males and females.• Modifications to systems to support the scope listed above.• Modifications to car
