A government authority in Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive health, safety, and environmental services. The selected provider will offer professional safety and occupational health consulting services on an as-needed basis, working collaboratively with Town staff to facilitate the implementation, interpretation, and ongoing compliance of the Town's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Program.

Services required include technical assistance to review, evaluate, and recommend revisions to existing Town-wide and site-specific safety programs, policies, and procedures. The scope also includes exposure monitoring and testing, conducting noise surveys at single or multiple locations, performing industrial hygiene surveys, inspecting safety railings and fall-protection systems, and delivering hands-on training for confined space entry and fire extinguisher usage.
