(1) Vendor needs to provide health inspection and licensing software.– Provide a fully supported, user–friendly, turnkey health inspection and licensing software solution.– Provide the option for staff to update, create, and review online applications unique to each program.– Provide a production environment and a modeling and testing environment.– Include the ability to communicate online with applicants regarding their license applications.– Provide the ability to accept online payments.– Improve efficiencies with new market trends.– API documentation must include request and response examples, authentication methods, rate limits, and error handling.– Provide a dedicated development team capable of producing regular upgrades.– Enhance user experience through an intuitive, dependable, and mobile–friendly interface that supports efficient field operations.– Integrate business functions into a single platform that supports licensing, inspections, complaint tracking, communications, reporting, billing and data management.– All software, programming, documentation, materials, products, tools, transportation, training materials, personnel, technical knowledge, and project management skills necessary to implement a health inspection and licensing solution.– Employs a dedicated development team capable of producing regular upgrades.– Facilitates proactive, supportive training for all end–users of the system.– Provide ad hoc reporting capabilities, including data fields available, filters, grouping, exports, end–user usability, daily individual time and activity for each program, monthly and quarterly time and activity, and qualified mileage.– Provide staffing levels and resources to ensure successful completion of the project plan within the project timeline and budget.– Responsible for the accurate reformatting and the transfer of current and historical data from the existing legacy system.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 10, 2026.
