(1) Vendor needs to provide health inspection and licensing software.– Responsible for the licensing, inspection, and regulatory oversight of various facility types to ensure compliance.– Allow the client’s system admin and support team to access the database.– Method to connect to the on–premises API to our permitting solution to push and pull data from that system.– Provide a production environment and a modelling and testing environment. we need to be able to test different financial modelling against our data before modifying the production data.– Data Access: provide a secure, performant rest–full API with endpoints that cover all the major functions of the system and allows robust querying and filtering.– The system must provide a robust, well–documented restful API for accessing, creating, updating, and deleting data.– API documentation must include request and response examples, authentication methods, rate limits, and error handling.– The API must support industry–standard authentication mechanisms such as OAUTH 2.0 or API keys.– Improve efficiencies with new market trends.– Integrate business functions into a single platform that supports licensing, inspections, complaint tracking, communications, reporting, billing, and data management.– All software, programming, documentation, materials, products, tools, transportation, training materials, personnel, technical knowledge, and project management skills necessary to implement a health inspection and licensing solution.– Include animal boarding operations, aquatic facilities, body art establishments, food establishments, lodging facilities, massage therapy establishments, mobile home parks, mobile food vendors, pet stores, tanning facilities, and onsite sewage treatment systems.– Training shall include, at a minimum, detailed field installation procedures, configuration, troubleshooting, API training, system administration, as well as billing training for office staff. all training guides and information.–
