The government authority in South Dakota seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive health home performance analysis services. The scope includes developing and utilizing methodologies to analyze financial outcomes related to Medicaid, quantifying cost savings and cost avoidance resulting from Health Home core services.

Analysis will cover individual recipients, health home chronic condition categories, designated providers, health home types (primary care or mental health), aggregate program financial performance, service types such as inpatient hospital, emergency room, outpatient hospital, pharmacy, office visits, labs, and other provider groupings as specified by the state. The contract period is one year. Key dates include a letter of intent to respond by March 10, 2026, and submission of questions by March 17, 2026.
