This RFP seeks a vendor to provide services that advance health equity by promoting systems transformation within healthcare, behavioral health, and community-based organizations. The selected partner will develop and implement programs aimed at furthering health equity outcomes.
Additionally, the vendor will be responsible for training health and human services providers. Training will focus on addressing health equity, increasing awareness of implicit bias, and ensuring the delivery of affirming services to all patients and clients, regardless of race, ethnicity, or primary language.
