Vendor needs to provide hazardous materials testing, demolition and remediation services to the government authority located in NM. – Hazardous materials testing to include: air quality, asbestos, lead paint, mercury, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), radon, and water quality on a statewide basis for use by all State of New Mexico agencies, local public bodies and other entities allowed by law. – Provide miscellaneous repairs, upgrades, improvements and new construction services for facilities and properties throughout the state of New Mexico. – Provide on–call remediation, cleanup, and restoration services for contaminated sites resulting from unauthorized releases, abandoned conditions, or unknown sources where no responsible party has been identified. – Services are site assessment and characterization; removal, treatment, transportation, and disposal of hazardous waste, closure and remediation, environmental investigation and confirmation sampling, monitoring and reporting and surface reclamation, stabilization, and restoration of impacted lands.
