The government authority in Washington seeks a vendor to provide hazardous building materials abatement and selective demolition services. Scope includes the removal and management of asbestos-containing materials, heavy metals (including lead-containing materials), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in light ballasts, electrical transformers, caulk and other bulk materials. The services also cover abatement of mercury-containing fluorescent light tubes, mercury found in plumbing traps, electrical switches, thermostats, as well as High Intensity Discharge (HID) lamps. Additionally, contaminated fume hoods and ductwork are included in the project.

All questions from interested parties must be submitted by March 11, 2026. The objective of this RFP is to ensure safe and compliant removal of hazardous materials and targeted demolition work for ongoing facilities management and renovation projects.
