(1) Vendor needs to provide harm reduction community outreach services.– These individuals include law enforcement, municipal officials, school leaders and businesspeople in addition to the public requiring targeted outreach.– Harm Reduction Education and Eligible Services.– Program Evaluation Requirements.– Provide REVIVE! training for at least 50 People.– Provide rapid field–based HIV testing.– Provide reporting measures at the end of each month, including program achievements, successful completion of the above outlined goals, and other pertinent information to support programs.– An engagement plan for various audiences, i.e. law enforcement, church, communities., must be provided along with timeline for all community engagement activities.
