(1) Vendor needs to provide hall architectural, space planning, interior design, AV and IT and exterior design services to the government authority located in Calimesa, CA. – To provide comprehensive professional design services for the renovation and adaptive reuse of an existing commercial building to serve as the City’s new City Hall. (2) A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 2, 2026. (3) All questions must be submitted no later than February 6, 2026.
