Ontario is seeking a qualified vendor to provide guided access software and related implementation services for educational devices. The selected solution should enable educators to manage and guide access on various types of Board-owned devices, including Chromebooks, Windows-based desktops and laptops, as well as Apple devices running MacOS, iOS, or iPadOS.

The vendor will be responsible for delivering professional services encompassing installation, configuration, and any necessary data integration for the software. The agreement will require ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for both the core application and any installed updates or modules throughout the two-year contract term. Additionally, comprehensive documentation such as asynchronous learning modules and user manuals must be provided to assist end users.

The guided access software must be fully compatible with Chrome OS, Windows, and Apple operating systems to ensure a seamless experience across the educational technology environment.
