(1) Vendor needs to provide guided access software.– Provide a guided access digital tool that will help educators guide access on various Board devices like chrome books, laptops, Windows–based desktops, etc. – Professional services to implement the solution, including installation, configuration, and required data integrations for the software solution. – Ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for the software application and any additional modules, updates, or patches installed for the term of the agreement. – Asynchronous modules and/or user manuals must be provided – Must be compatible with: – Chrome OS (Chromebooks) – Windows (Desktops and laptops) – MacOS / iOS /iPadOS (Apple computers and iPads) (2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 18, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
