The government authority located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive group benefits office administrative services. Key responsibilities include leading initial implementation, ongoing account management, plan participant communications, and network management. Vendors will also oversee product and plan design management, medical management programs, and all aspects of enrollment, including electronic data interchange (EDI) and data management.
