The contractor will be responsible for removing all quantities of grit, scum, and screenings, even amounts exceeding the specified maximum monthly average, upon request. Containers provided must be capable of safe engagement, pick-up, dumping, and disengagement. The authority will collect and deposit the materials, and pick-up services will be conducted on an as-needed basis during the Authority's regular working hours, with any deviations requiring special approval.
