The Town of Holly Springs, NC is seeking a qualified vendor to provide greenway feasibility, engineering, and design services. The primary objective is to complete a comprehensive feasibility study for a proposed greenway, with opportunities for additional project phases including preliminary engineering, final design, and permitting. The scope of work may also include bidding and negotiation assistance as well as construction administration services.
