Vendor needs to provide greenhouse gas scenario planning tool. – The tool should be user–friendly, easily accessed and usable by municipal staff, volunteers, and residents engaged in sustainability efforts. – The tool should be accessible via Sustainable website and Sustainable Jersey branding. – The tool should incorporate baseline greenhouse gas emissions data and projections for a business as usual scenario and suite of selected initiatives to 2050. The tool should be able to show projected impacts for each initiative for each interim year.
