(1) Vendor needs to provide great island early access engineering and landscape architect services to the government authority located in Darien, CT. – Provide design and construction–related services to support the early access implementation phase of the great island master plan. – Successful firm will prepare all documents necessary to bid and construct an access roadway and sidewalk with associated parking, utilities, and landscape improvements in accordance with the approved Master Plan as well as obtain all necessary regulatory approvals. – Modifications to the existing traffic circle as required for the new traffic pattern. – Reconstruction of the North Causeway from the traffic circle to the Stables area. – Construction of a visitor road serving new parking areas, beginning west of the greenhouse and looping back to the north causeway near the stables area. – Visitor automobile and ADA–compliant parking areas. – Passenger and shuttle drop–off locations. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 08, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
