A Florida agency is seeking information from vendors capable of supplying the GrayMatter StoreSense software solution. The desired system should provide seamless integration with concessionaire Point of Sale (POS) systems, enabling direct capture of POS transactions as well as board pass and passport data. Additionally, the solution should support the extraction of POS sales information in a standardized format, compatible with PROPworks® for income computation and billing purposes. Integration with the Airport Operational Database (AODB) to access flight information is also required.

Vendors should offer a comprehensive platform featuring commercial analytics with granular, customizable reporting capabilities. Contract and billing management functionalities must include tracking of master contracts, concepts, categories, individual contracts, and terms such as cash deposits, rent, minimum annual guarantees, revenue sharing, and passenger traffic commitment rules. The solution should also provide detailed dashboards, including but not limited to Commercials, Duty Free, Duty Paid–Retail, Duty Paid–F&B, Store-specific views, Store Sales (daily, weekly, monthly), Category Head, Commercial Operation Head, Concessionaire Ranking, and Product Affinity dashboards.

In addition to the software, vendors are expected to supply all necessary hardware, and provide ongoing installation, maintenance, and support services.
