Vendor needs to provide Graymatter Storesense software. This Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain information from vendors to see if any can provide GrayMatter StoreSense Software for agency. Provide the required software and hardware for the Solution that includes the following features: Capture Point of Sale (POS) transactions through direct interface with concessionaire POS system and transactions with board pass and/or passport information. Commercial analytics: granular and customizable reporting. Flight Information from Airport Operational Database (AODB) System. POS sales data extraction in standardized format from electronic POS System to PROPworks® for income computation and billing. Track contract and billing: master contract, concept, category, individual contracts, terms – cash deposit, rent, minimum annual guarantee, revenue share, passenger traffic commitment rules. Provide installation, maintenance and support services. Dashboards for the following: Commercials Dashboard, Duty Free, Duty Paid–Retail, Duty Paid–F&B, Store Dashboards, Store Sales (Daily, Weekly, Monthly), Category Head, Commercial Operation Head, Concessionaire Ranking Dashboard, Product Affinity.
